Error while trying to install ninjatrader 8 update

I'm trying to install the ninja 8 update, and I get this error when I start the installer // Estoy intentando instalar la actualizacion de ninja 8, y me aparece este error al iniciar el instalador

Glad to assist. I suggest running the below, publicly available Fix It utility by Microsoft. This program is able to look into many Windows items that may be stopping the installation, first use it to Uninstall NinjaTrader.

Then, Once these steps are completed, download and install NinjaTrader from the link below using our simulation key.

completely remove the ninjatrader 8 folders and the program but the problem persists when trying to install

Please write into to PlatformSupport[AT]NinjaTrader[DOT]Com along with your log and trace files and a link to this forum post.

Include ticket number 2610777 in the body of the email.

Please follow the steps below to manually attach your log and trace files to your response so I may investigate this matter further.
Open your NinjaTrader folder under Documents.
Right click on the 'log' and 'trace' folders and select Send To> Compressed (zipped) Folder.
Send the 2 compressed folders as attachments to this email.
Once complete, you can delete these compressed folders.
