TWS 978.1o Problems

I just received the message

Dear Client, Due to enhancements to the Trader Workstation (TWS), we are asking users to upgrade their TWS application to the most recent ‘Stable’ or ‘Latest’ build. Enhancements to our software will provide stability, security and an improved user experience. If you have received this message and are experiencing market data connection issues, please update your TWS to the most recent ‘Stable’ or ‘Latest’ from our website.

Version 978 downloaded from Ninjatrader does not work anymore, the market data is missing. I am located in European Union, the 973 version still works.

What should I do?

I have a similar issue and I have started using the latest TWS Gateway (978.2c).

Yes, we're noticing that this notice has been sent out starting just recently.

It seems as if some user accounts are affected by a symptom in 978.1o in which they do not receive any data in Trader Workstation. If you're affected by this symptom, you may update as they recommend or if you're still using the last supported version of TWS for NinjaTrader (973) you may continue to use that version.

Our Development Team is working on an installer for our Interactive Brokers users as we speak.

I have the same issue with 978.1o. IB Support told me to upgrade TWS/Gateway to the stable or latest version.
