    simple question about candles

    Sorry for my english, this is google translate .
    My time zone is (UTC + 03: 00) Moscow time.
    I have a question about candles on charts.
    Why in this example is the closing of the first H4 candle correct (opening the market + 4 hours), but the closing of the second H4 candle is not?
