    Thank you for your post.

    This message indicates that you already have an instance of NinjaTrader running. If you do not have it running in the foreground, we will use Windows Task Manager to end this process and resolve this message.
    • Please open Task Manager by hitting CTRL + SHIFT + ESC on your keyboard
    • Click 'More details' if necessary
    • Under 'Background Processes' select NinjaTrader
    • Click 'End Task'
    • Test by opening NinjaTrader
