Free Live Data not working

Free Live Data not working
Hello everyone, I'll be brief. The live data is set up after introduction. I get a green dot that shows that I am connected (NinjaTrader Continuum). BUT: The chart does not update (ES 09-20). Can someone help. I would like to switch from Sierra Chart to NT 8, only if it doesn't work it doesn't make sense. Thanks for any help!Tags: None

Please send me your log and trace files so that I may look into what occurred.
You can do this by going to the Control Center-> Help-> Email Support
Ensuring 'Log and Trace Files' is checked will include these files. This is checked by default.
