    Error in username and password !!

    Hello
    I want to download ninjatrader8 platform into my device.
    I followed the procedures as in this video.
    But the problem is, I can't enter my username and password because it doesn't allow me to do that.
    I mean, this next message doesn't show up to me.



    So I ignored this step and then completed the rest of the steps in the video
    Then I got this next message.



    What's the solution, please?
    I deleted the platform from the device, and then I re-installed it, but the problem wasn't solved.

    Who are you trying to connect to? Is this a live brokerage account or a demo data feed? If live, who is your broker?

    Was this connection working previously? Or has it never worked?

      Thank you for the reply.
      This is a demo account.
      I'm not trying to contact any broker.
      I just want to try using the platform and the features of it and how to use it.
      And yes, I had a demo account, but I've been using it for months.
      So I opened a new demo account.

        Demo accounts are only good for about 14 days from the time you receive the email from CQG. They are typically restricted to one per 365 days per email. If the credentials you received from CQG are less than 14 days old then I suspect there is simply an issue with entering the credentials correctly and configuring the connection properly.

        If the demo is older than 14 days, it is expired. Please write into PlatformSales[AT]NinjaTrader[DOT]com so my colleagues may discuss your options to receive real-time market data with you.

        If the demo is less than 14 days old, please make sure you are following the connection guide below precisely. Common areas for mistakes are ensuring that "NinjaTrader Continuum" is the provider, ensuring that you do not include any spaces before, within, or after the username or password, and ensuring that "demo mode" is checked:If you still cannot connect, forward the email in which you received the credentials to PlatformSupport[AT]NinjaTrader[DOT]com with '2622614 ATTN Patrick G' in the subject so I may investigate further.
