I have connected my new Demo account to live data as you offer on your website with the credentials you gave me by email
when traded and exported the daily trades it gave me prices out of range for the trades I made (i have the excel file) however it shows my trades on the charts with the right trading day prices

how can that be? and how can I resolve it, please?

one more question when I asked for another demo it sent me an email saying I exceeded the demo request allowance when I only used the demo once how can I get another demo?

Could you please send the log and trace from your platform to look further into this inquiry.

To send me your log and trace files from within NinjaTrader. Go to Control Center-->Help-->Email Support in NinjaTrader. Put '2626320- Att Shawn', in the subject field and enable 'Log and trace files'. Also, give a reference of this thread in the body of the email.

There is a limitation of 1 (14 day) demo account per 365 days, as the demo account connections are issued by the CME.
