connection lost and unhandled exception

    connection lost and unhandled exception

    Keep loosing the connection to Ninjatrader Historical data and have an unhandled exception that I haven't a clue what it means ? can you help please ?
    Here are the errors

    At this point the Platform locked up

    I'd like to take a look at your log and trace files for this issue. These files contain diagnostic information related to what is occurring on your platform that will help us resolve this issue in a timely manner.

    Please follow the steps below to manually attach your log and trace files to an email to platformsupport[AT]ninjatrader[DOT]com with "2626885 ATTN Marco G" in the subject line and a link to this forum post in the message body so I may investigate this matter further.

    Open your NinjaTrader folder under Documents.
    Right click on the 'log' and 'trace' folders and select Send To> Compressed (zipped) Folder.
    Send the 2 compressed folders as attachments to this email.
    Once you have emailed these to us, you may delete these compressed folders.

      I have sent the log and trace files as requested

      constantly getting these error messages and then freezing

        Hello, when I connect to the CQG data libe, it connects fine but then I get this

        Using HDS (hds-us-nt-004.ninjatrader.com/31655)

        and the graph does not move, I am in the future of the euro (6E) I do not know what to do, I need help, that was today because until yesterday I had no problem, I hope help, thank you
