Candles stopped forming

    Candles stopped forming

    The candles on my charts are not forming since about 1pm EST. The price is moving, but no candles.

    In the screen shot you can see the white dashed line (Price Line) above the very last candle that formed.

    I restarted NT and my pc and still the same

      And after restart, all indicators on my 1 min chart are gone

        Regarding the lack of real-time data, can this be resolved by changing your chart's Trading Hours template? Follow these steps:
        • Right-click on your chart > Data series... > Change 'Trading hours' to 'Default 24/7' > OK.
        So I may accurately assist you, please answer all of the following questions:
        • What version of NinjaTrader 8 are you using? Please provide the entire version number. This can be found under Help -> About (Example: 8.0.?.?)
        • Do you receive an error on screen? Are there errors on the Log tab of the Control Center? If so, what do these errors report?

          Yes when I change it to 24/7 I can see the candles.

          NT8 version :8.0.22.2

          No errors on screen or in log.

              Please send me your database, log, and trace files so that I may look into what occurred.
              • You can do this by going to the Control Center-> Help-> Email Support
              • Expand 'Other files' and enable 'Database file'.
