Connection error

Hello, after I have decided which market data (L2) I would like to have, I am now trying to connect to the live data. unfortunately I always get the error message: "Username or password is incorrect". Well, I wrote down 2 passwords for my account: 1. the password for the NT account and 2. the assigned password for CQG. With both I get the connection error. Please follow the steps below to manually attach your log and trace files to an email to platformsupport[AT]ninjatrader[DOT]com with "2642813 ATTN Marco G" in the subject line and a link to this forum post in the message body so I may investigate this matter further. Do not post these files to the forum as they contain personally identifiable information.

Open your NinjaTrader folder under Documents.
Right click on the 'log' and 'trace' folders and select Send To> Compressed (zipped) Folder.
Send the 2 compressed folders as attachments to this email.
Once you have emailed these to us, you may delete these compressed folders.
