Accessing VWAP values in a strategy

I have tried to follow the examples for accessing VWAP values in tick data that were provided in https://ninjatrader.com/support/help...flow_vwap2.htm
Regardless, I am unable to access them in my strategy. See error attached.

I'm lost. What am I doing wrong?

Thanks for your post.

You are referencing a variable that does not exist in the context it is referenced.

You have created VWAPValue within the scope of a BarsInProgess == 0 condition. The variable does not exist outside the scope of this condition.
