Now, they're requesting me to contact NinjaTrader platform support to check if the issue was directly with the platform as according with them the connection with their "Rithmic data feed worked perfectly normally yesterday" and I do need to resolve this very frustrating situation.
They say that once you guys looks into the issue you might see what went wrong, and then I can come back with them with your findings and they can proceed from there.
I appreciate your help to check deeply what happened.
