    Does it really take >24h for CQG data feed to become active?

    Funds hit yesterday, got an email saying:

    "Your Market Data Enablement request has been completed.

    Please disconnect and reconnect your platform to activate the real-time market data."

    I did this several times to no avail. Emailed brokerage support and they said CQG could take 24-48 hours to become active. Is this usually the case? In the past with other firms once you get the email saying you need to reboot the platform and that your data is ready - that was actually true. So in this case that's not true and I have to wait 48 hours after they say its ready?

    Edit: also I did set up data through the emailed link (with CQG)

    The Brokerage Team will have the most accurate information about when to expect your data subscription to be available. Sometimes it is much faster than 24-48 hours, but to be safe, NinjaTrader Brokerage advises exactly what you're reporting.
