    Inconsistency between chart prices and exported data

    Good evening, I ran into a problem. I am extracting historical data from Kinetick, in the chart I see them correctly they oscillate between the values that they should but when I export the data, the same records add a difference of approximately 0.5% to each value of the candle. Is this due to any reason?

      Thanks for your post.

      Please note that the data that is exported is in UTC time, therefore comparing this data to the historical data manager may see discrepancies in time stamps as a result.

      If you change the NinjaTrader timezone (Control Center> Tools> Options> General> Timezone> set to UTC) and restart/ reconnect, do you find the same occurs?

            Thank you for the response.

            Can you please confirm which time zone your platform is in?

            As Marco mentioned, the historical data will always be exported using UTC time, ignoring your local PC or platform time zone.

              My time zone is UTC -4.

              The record that I am comparing in both cases in the first photo is the same, although they are in different time zones they should have the same values I think

                Which data specifically are you downloading?

                That is to say, which instrument (and expiry) have you selected, and for which date range? Is this tick, minute, or daily data?

                Additionally, you said you are downloading this from Kinetick. Are you connected to a live Kinetick data feed? Do you have any additional connections?

                  1) ZN ##-## Continous contract 2014-04-04 - 2015. The problem is found on day 2014-04-04 08:01:00. Minute data, Yes, I'm connected to a live Kinetick data feed. I don't have any additional connections
