    Machine ID - Amazon VPS - Help

    Hello, I have a small problem, I changed the computer where I had installed Ninja 8, and when I start it indicates a message saying that there have been changes in the machine id, what to do in that case. I have to provide the new ID to associate it with my license ? I also have installed a third party application and in two days I have seen that the ID has changed, specifically I'm using a virtual server to be able to do operations at any time.

    Glad to assist. You will only need to send the new machine ID if you have third-party addons which are licensed with a vendor. See the below section of our help guide for more on using and troubleshooting third-party add-ons.

      Yes, indeed that is what I did, but for some reason the machine id that I sent to them now changed. then it will be that every time I start the virtual server somehow changes something internally that causes the machine id to change .... is there no way to make it static?

        Thank you for your reply.

        Has any recent update taken place, or does the change happen every launch? Major windows updates will cause some of the information the Machine ID is based on to change. There isn't a way to prevent this if major changes or updates are preformed.
