    Daily bar is missing from the chart

    Hello,


    maybe someone can help me here.
    With a certain chart setting, I miss a day on the chart.

    Exactly what attitude it concerns.

    Chart view with day candles.
    Number of days: (53/54)
    Tick Replay: (On / Off)

    I marked the two settings in the screenshot.




    53 Days and 54 Days (Without tick replay) are the same


    But if you turn on Tick Replay

    1. When loading 54 days, July 10th is available.
    2. Then the 10.07 is missing when loading 53 days. (last picture in Attachment)


    Why is missing in the chart if you set 53 days and activate Tick Replay?
    Why is that?

    Thanks for posting.

    What version of NinjaTrader are you using? Please provide the entire version number. This can be found under Help -> About (Example: 7.0.1000.? or 8.0.?.?)

    Which data feed are you connected to? This may be checked by going to Control Center > Connections.

    Does this reoccur after right-clicking the chart and selecting 'Reload all historical data'?

      Hello,

      today there is a new effect.
      Now the day is not missing when changing from 53 to 54 days. Today the day is missing when changing from 54 to 55 days.


      NinjaTrader Version 8.0.21.1 (Now I have 8.0.22.2 64-bit, but there is the effect.)
      Data feed: AMP CQG und earn2trade Rthmic

        Thanks for your reply.

        Does the problem persist after deleting all daily data from your cache? To do this, follow the steps below:
        • Shut down NinjaTrader.
        • Open the Documents > NinjaTrader 8 > db folder.
        • Delete the sub-folders named 'cache' and 'day'.
        • Restart NinjaTrader and test.
        If so, please send me your log and trace files so I may investigate further. You can do this by going to the Control Center-> Help-> Email Support

        Ensuring 'Log and Trace Files' is checked will include these files. This is checked by default.
