    MYM Data from Last Night and This Morning will not load

    I have tried reloading data. It doesn't seems to help. My guess is the Historical Data Server. Any ideas?

    same here for NQ guess the server is having issues again.

      We're experiencing an issue with the historical recording of YM/MYM on our historical data servers. This is being worked at the moment and I'll follow up when I have additional information.

      qjl88, NQ does not appear to be experiencing any issues on the servers I have tested. Please send me your log and trace files so that I may look into what occurred.
      • You can do this by going to the Control Center-> Help-> Email Support
      • Ensuring 'Log and Trace Files' is checked will include these files. This is checked by default.
      • Please reference the following ticket number in the body of the email: 2660239 ATTN PatrickG

        Patrick - to confirm NQ missing historic Data.
        Chart printed with live data, noticed no historic since Fri close until 'live'. Reloaded historic, no historic, continues live. Manually downloaded historic, doesn't fill.
        So it does appear to be experiencing issues on the server I'm connecting to, which is 001/31658 if I'm reading correctly. Hope it helps

          Thanks again for your patience.

          NinjaTrader 7 and NinjaTrader 8 historical data servers are now recording all expected instruments. Any remaining NinjaTrader 8 historical data gaps will be backfilled overnight tonight. Any NinjaTrader 7 historical gaps will be backfilled during regular maintenance this weekend.

                There are no known active issues with our historical data servers. Does the symptom persist if you restart NinjaTrader? Does the symptom persist if you right-click on your chart and select 'Reload all historical data'?
