Playback101 order cant be submitted

    Playback101 order cant be submitted

    While in Playback mode I received this when trying to place an order.
    what does it mean, how do i fix it.

    Thank you for your post.

    Generally we would see this when a stop loss or profit target order is either submitted at or moved to the incorrect side of the market and is rejected. When it gets rejected, the other part of the OCO order (the associated stop or target) would also be rejected with an error like you're seeing in your screenshot. Do you see any errors in the log tab of the control center in relation to this? If so, what is the full text of the error(s)?

      I was in a long position and exited with a profit then tried to reenter using the buy market when I got the error message as stated above.
      here is what i've tried; I use the to used my custom ATM Strategy and None to buy or sell using Market order, Close, Reverse. through the chart trader. I have used the market trader menu (right click option) with the same resulting error.

      Ive posted my Log.

        If you look in the upper right corner of the chart, do you see a "OC" in green at the top like in this screenshot?:

        If so, right click on the Chart Trader panel and uncheck OCO order, then try placing an order again. If you use the OCO functionality to place orders, it must be turned back off after placing both orders or you would get this error.

              Hello,

              I would be sure you have data downloaded for the date you are trying to replay. You can check what data you have downloaded by right clicking the playback controller and selecting 'show available data'.

              If you do not have data for this date, you'll need to download market replay data for this date under Tools>Historical Data

                Yes of course, I have the data and everything works, I only have this error when I place an order

                  Does this persist on other days or other instruments you have downloaded data for? Does this persist with any order type?

                    I downloaded only one tool and it happens for several days and with all kinds of orders
