How to change Ninjatrader continuum data feed from sim mode to a live account

    How to change Ninjatrader continuum data feed from sim mode to a live account

    I apparently have a live account but it is not listed on ninjatrader platform Does anyone know how to find the live ninja trading account as I cant see the funds anywhere. It appears the data feed is going to a Sim 101 account and not a live account.

    Thank you for your post.

    Are you connected to a demo or live account?

    In order to see your live account balance when connected to your live account in Ninjatrader you need to ensure you're using your live license key.

    Please confirm that they key that you have in the platform does not begin with "@SIM" by going to help > License key in the control center of NinjaTrader.
    Additionally, do not post your license key in the forums.

    If your key does begin with "@SIM" you'll need to enter your live license key here in order to see your live account.

    If you do not have a live license key please write into PlatfromSales(at)NinjaTrader(dot)com and they'll be happy to assist you.

      My live license key does NOT begin with '@SIM'. I followed the NinjaTrader Connection Guide for NinjaTrader Continuum and it seems to of linked to a demo account name, sim101. Do not know how to transfer the live data feed to the live account which has already been funded. Please can you help?

        Thank you for your reply.

        If you're not seeing live data when connected to your broker, you'll need to reach out to your broker directly to ensure they're subscribed you to the markets you wish to view.
