Gap in candlestick data

    Gap in candlestick data

    Data is good till 7/19/20 at 16.59.59 load up the platform Monday 7/20/20 no data between 16.59.59 7/19/20 and first candlestick at 6:00am eastern on 7/20/20. A few candlesticks form after 6;00 am I close the program down reload it and those candlesticks are gone. Still no data after 16.59.59 the prior day ? Only candlesticks are forming at the time I load up the program

    Thanks for your post.

    There was an issue with all NinjaTrader historical data servers until around 10AM US ET on Monday July 20th. NinjaTrader 7 and 8 historical data servers are now recording all expected instruments.

    NinjaTrader 8 historical data gaps will be backfilled overnight tonight (20th/21st). NinjaTrader 7 will be backfilled during regular maintenance this weekend (24th-26th).

      This is awful treatment for us!

      I'm having the exact same problem, how can you possibly justify treating loyal NT7 customers this way - an unusable platform for a week!!

        Thanks for your reply.

        Real time data should be coming into the platform at this time. Can you confirm if you are able to receive data outside of this timeframe?

          Realtime data is fine, it is however unusable as a platform for technical trading when there is no historical data available the last two days. Ridiculous. Ten years a user and this treatment cf NT8, crazy.

            I sincerely apologize for any frustration this may have caused.

            That being said, NinjaTrader 8 should now display this data if you restart the platform. Unfortunately the data for NinjaTrader 7 will not be backfilled until this weekend.
