TD Ameritrade Real account value not showing up

    TD Ameritrade Real account value not showing up

    Hi,
    I connected my TD ameritrade account to NT8, but the accounts tab only shows Sim01 account and not my real account. What can I do to fix this issue? thank you

    Hello,

    Thank you for your post.

    Glad to assist. This is usually an indication the live key has not yet been entered. Disconnect and go to Help > License key to verify the key entered. The @SIM key will need replaced to enable and see live accounts.

        That is correct, a live key is needed for access to a live broker account like TD or IB.

          Hi Eric,
          I got the Live key. And applied it, and unchecked the "Global Simulation". But now when i try to configure Interactive Brokers or TD Ameritrade, those options do not show up in the "Connections --> Configure" window. How can i resolve that issue?

            Thank you for your reply.

            If those connection options are not available to you you're likely not using a multibroker key as your license key will be assigned to a single broker.

            Please reach out to the platform saels team at platformsales(at)ninjatrader(dot)com and let them know you're looking for a multibroker key so they can get you updated.

            They'll be able to get you sorted.
