    Connection Loss

    I am unable to connect. Anyone else experiencing issues logging onto Ninja?

    I wasn't able to connect last night as well. I thought it would be fixed by this morning but still nothing.

      Hello,

      Thank you for your posts.

      Glad to assist. It appears this connection error has now been resolved in testing on my end. We do not have any additional data about the error at this time.

      I still suggest a restart of NinjaTrader, modem and router as often this is needed to reset all backend connection items.

      Please let me know if I may assist further.
