    Reverse Order Button Not Working

    When I click the Reverse Order button it closes the trade instead of reversing it. How do I fix this?

      Hello Johnny Santiago,

      Thank you for your note.

      Clicking on the Rev button should close the current open position and open a reverse position, did you receive an error message in your log tab? If so, what did it say?

        The log is showing that it's reversing the orders, but then canceling them.
        I don't see any errors. Except that it is not supposed to be canceling the orders...it should be reversing them.

            Thank you for the reply.

            For us to tell you any specific details about the orders in question we would need a bit more information.

            Please send me your log and trace files so that I may look into what occurred.

            You can do this by going to the Control Center-> Help-> Email Support

            Ensuring 'Log and Trace Files' is checked will include these files. This is checked by default.

                As long as you include the ticket number ( 2677285 ) the name is irrelevant. I'd recommend proceeding exactly as advised by Melissa:

                    Hello #Support,
                    I have ticket open 2664279

                    It may be relevant for Support to be aware. It may be un-related. I have no wish to hijack or confuse the #OP's issue.
                    What caught my attention in this post was apparent un-expected behaviour when reversing a position.
                    My experience - so far as I can tell - is what I described as 'Reversing the Position unexpectedly when Exiting a contract', or so it seemed.
                    It is something that I have observed and tried to report in the past.
                    Might be of benefit for NT to 'compare notes' with this, is all. Might not.
