Can Not Connect to Continuum

Hello, Windows pushed an update to my PC and now my Continuum feed will no longer connect. Getting the error message:

My NinjaTrader Continuum: Gateway logon timed out. (Logon failed).

I have internet connection so it's not that. Please help!

Relax ... chances are they're doing some kind of maintenance.

I mean, it is the weekend.

It would be nice if NT could design something that would tell us
when our connection string fails for a known reason, such as
scheduled maintenance, but unfortunately there is currently no
protocol for that kind of cooperation.

[Do I know it's down due to scheduled maintenance? No, it's
just an educated guess based on past experience -- this happens
often on weekends.]

Thank you for your note.

It appears there was some maintenance performed by CQG on their servers over the weekend which was not allowing connections to take place for a brief period. Maintenance is infrequent but expected and as bltdavid mentioned, it often occurs on weekends.
