    Erroneous spike on SPX500

Anyone else got this erroneous spike on the S&P CFD? (standard FXCM data).
It appeared suddenly on my charts on 7th August.

I've deleted my data for that instrument, reloaded, etc.
    It's very disconcerting!

    Hello,

    Thanks for your post.

During ETH equity trading, odd prints can occur as market are very illiquid and can print such values for many reasons.

I suspect you could benefit from using the bad tick filter here. Head to the Control Center> Tools> Options> Market Data> check Filter Bad Ticks. This should prevent any erroneous ticks from being displayed. More information can be found below in our Help Guide article regarding this topic:

Please let me know if I may be of any further assistance.
