    Ninjatrader8 frozen even connection established

    Hi Guys,
    I have problem with Ninja8. I could connect to "ninjatrader continum live" and the connection is ok. But when I opened a workspace it only showed the data up to the time point when it opened and complete workspace not moving. No data on Bid/ Ask in DOM or chart trader. I delete all ninja folder, ninja back up, uninstall and reinstall as fresh without 3rd party indicators, but it presents the same issue. The connection established with the green button, chart opened but stop at the time it opened.
    Any advices to resolve the issue are highly appreciated.
