When i try open my NT8 i have this message, i uninstall and install over and over but still not working.
I cant open the NT , always show this message and one advice: reinstall the NT


Please i need help.


Note: i install .net core 3.1 and update visual studio 2019 to newest version.

Thank you for your note.

Please follow the steps below to manually attach your log and trace files to an email to platformsupport[AT]ninjatrader[DOT]com with "ATTN CHRIS S 2712508" in the subject line so I may investigate this matter further.

• Open your NinjaTrader folder under Documents.
• Right click on the 'log' and 'trace' folders and select Send To> Compressed (zipped) Folder.
• Send the 2 compressed folders as attachments to this email.
• Once complete, you can delete these compressed folders.

Hi David, someone else told me this this too , but NT always work in my computer sinces 2013 , installing this folder y Onedrive. I uninstall and reinstall the NT in Documents outside OneDrive and still not working.
