How to perform a complete uninstall of Ninja8 on Windows10

Hi,

Can someone please tell me now to perform a complete and full uninstall of NT8 on Windows 10? Unless there is another (less brute force) way to fix my issue.

Recently I had to reinstall Win10 on my HP AIO. After multiple installs / reinstalls of NT8 I get the the "generic" windows Icon instead of the Ninja Trader icon and it makes me think something went wrong somewhere. See attachments.

Thank you for your note.

Please follow the steps listed below to completely uninstall and reinstall NinjaTrader.

• Close all running applications.
• Navigate to your Documents folder > Right click on the 'NinjaTrader 8' folder > Rename > rename the folder to 'NinjaTrader 8 OLD'. DO NOT delete this folder.
• Uninstall NinjaTrader within Windows Control Panel.
• Navigate to C:\ > Program File (x86) > Delete the 'NinjaTrader 8' folder if it exists
• Reboot your PC.
• Once these steps are completed, download and install NT8 from the link below.
