problema gráficos

Buenas Tardes, acabo de crear mi cuenta en ninjatrader version 7 y al cargar graficos de FDAX de un min solo me carga el primer minuto y se congela, me hace lo mismo con los de otros tamañños temporales.
¿Cómo puedo solucionar este problema?

• (For a chart) what interval is selected? For example, 5 minute, 1 day, 2000 volume, 4 Renko, etc.
• Do you receive an error on screen? Are there errors on the Log tab of the Control Center? If so, what do these errors report?

NO ERROR IS MADE, THEY SIMPLY GIVE A CANDLE FROM THE OPERATED TIME FRAME AND NO MORE CANDLES COME OUT

Also, include a time you can disconnect on your end (including time zone) so I can test your connection.
