Bakkt futures

Hi,

I cant seem to add BAKKT futures to where I can pull historical or live data from IB. I added symbol "BAKKT" and added ICE as exchnage but no luck. How can i fix this?

What version of TWS or the IB Gateway are you using? You can check under TWS or Gateway Help menu -> About -> Scroll to the Build #

To send me your log and trace files from within NinjaTrader. Go to Control Center-->Help-->Email Support in NinjaTrader. Put '2719665 - Att Shawn', in the subject field and enable 'Log and trace files'. Also, give a reference of this thread in the body of the email.
