    CQG Connection

    I have a lifetime NT license and it my understanding that I am grandfathered in for another broker CQG connection but it doesn't want me to set up a connection. Thomas Hanson

    Hello Thomas,

    Thank you for your post.

    Are you receiving an error message when trying to establish your connection or are you unable to create the connection in the first place because you do not see the provider in the list?

      That may be the issue as only continuum (and others but not CQG) is showing as an available connection. I tried to connect with continuum with new CQG credentials but no go

        Thanks for your reply.

        I would recommend contacting platformsales(at)ninjatrader(dot)com so that they may take a look up your license and provide more specific information about which provider(s) are enabled on your key.

          Zachary, Chris S at platform sales has permissioned my license to use CQG and AMP. The connection box now shows CQG as an option and "mycqg" below but when I click on both of those and enter my CQG user name and password, it won't connect.
