Configuration issues with setup

Hello morrnel,
Thank you for your post.
The ability to see your live account is typically dictated by your license key.
Please make sure that you have placed your live license key into your platform under Help > License Key.
If you are still unable to see your live account once your live key has been placed into the platform please follow the steps below.- Open your NinjaTrader folder under, "Documents" (sometimes called, "My Documents")
- Right click on the 'log' and 'trace' folders and select Send To> Compressed (zipped) Folder.
- Send the 2 compressed folders as attachments in an email to platformsupport[at]ninjatrader[dot]com Please be sure to reference this forum post and send them to ATTN: Dennis
- Once complete, you can delete these compressed folders.

I am setting up a backup pc. When adding my live account, it does not show my live account. Also when NT is started, it does not show it attached to my live account. What is missing?Tags: None
