Order routing issue. "Cannot route the order at this time"

Hello all,
Thank you for your posts. As discussed, our teams have been informed the issue has now been resolved. I would suggest restarting the platform along with your modem/router for further troubleshooting, then test for issue again.
Please let us know if we may assist further.

Ah thought problem with my computer. I have even reinstalled NT7, restarted my modem, router, and computer. Too bad, I can run simulation only, wish that was my live order.

Order routing issue. "Cannot route the order at this time"
Live account not executing and routing orders, NT8 version is current, have been on hold with the Emergency Trade desk for over 30+ Minutes. This issue has persisted since Globex open.
