    Chart not updating....

    I am connected to live market data (NinjaTrader Continuum) but all my charts seem to be frozen. Do I need to do something else? Other than connect open my chart so that I can see the live market trading?

    Thanks for posting.

    Please send me your log and trace files so that I may look into what occurred.

    You can do this by going to the Control Center-> Help-> Email Support

    Ensuring 'Log and Trace Files' is checked will include these files. This is checked by default.
