    My Continuum password/Username reset

    For the first time in 3 years, I'm being asked for username & password to access my data feed. Is there a way to reset this? Obviously, I don't have the right information when setting it up.

    Thank you for your post.

    To reset a live account password. Please send your request in an email to brokeragesupport [at] ninjatrader [dot] com. The Brokerage Support office is currently closed for the weekend.

    After creating your new password. The following link will take you to a page that details the steps required for creating a connection to NinjaTrader Continuum.

    After changing the password, you would need to update the password in all of your PCs that use NinjaTrader.
