Trend channel - no mid line

Hi.

I'm new to Ninja Trader and am wondering if I'm missing something as when I draw the trend channel I don't get the mid-line.. I don't see any options for it on the trend channel properties box.

Thanks for your post and welcome to the NinjaTrader forums!

You can specify any number of lines with the Trend channel.

Draw a Trend Channel, then double left click on one of the lines, this will open the "properties" window on that object.

At the bottom of the properties is the "levels" which by default will be "0 price levels", please left click to open the price levels.

in the "Levels" window, at the bottom left click "add", on the right side, set the Value(%) at 50. Set the line color for that as you wish. Make sure the "Visible" checkbox is checked.

Click Ok to display the line.

You can create templates of the tool so you can create many different "preset" versions as you might wish.

You can also create a new "default" so that it always shows the 50% line or whichever template you want to be the default
