    Super DOM Stop Orders

    Hello,

    I am not sure why, but I am having issues with the SuperDOM.

    (1) I have set the DOM properties correctly and I cannot get the middle mouse button click to place a 'Stop Market order' at the price.
    (2) Every time I start up NT8, I have to reset my ATM strategy and Stop Strategy. It is not being saved with the workspace.

    Please advise. Thank you.

    Thanks for the post.

    To submit a Stop Market order on the SuperDOM, you would want to hold the CTRL key down on your keyboard when pressing the middle mouse button on the specified price.

    Do you receive an error when you do so? If so, what does the error say?

    As for the ATM Strategy, you would first want to ensure you have saved the ATM Strategy Template/Stop Strategy Template.

      Thank you for your reply Melissa.

      Please note that I am aware of the procedure to place a market order on the DOM. Perhaps I should have indicated that I do press the CTRL key when I do it. Nonetheless, nothing happens. No order is placed and no error messages come up.

      Also, I have saved the ATM strategy. It does not seem to save.

        Thank you for the reply.

        In that case I would suspect the mouse itself may be the cause. Do you have an alternative mouse you could test with?

        As for the ATM Strategy, please send me your log and trace files so that I may look into what occurred.

        You can do this by going to the Control Center-> Help-> Email Support

        Ensuring 'Log and Trace Files' is checked will include these files. This is checked by default.
