    NT 8 Brazil

    I am working with NT8 in Brazil with Modal but I have so many conection problems. Please let me know if there is some expecting date to these problems be solved. Thanks

    Hello wagner4691,

    Can you please tell me what connection issues you experience. Are you unable to get connected or do you experience connection losses once connected?

    Please follow the steps below to send your log and trace files so I may investigate this matter further.
    • Open Windows File Explorer (hotkey = Windows key + E) Then navigate to, "Documents" (sometimes called, "My Documents") > 'NinjaTrader 8' folder
    • Right click on the 'log' and 'trace' folders and select Send To> Compressed (zipped) Folder.
    • Send the 2 compressed folders as attachments to "platformsupport[at]ninjatrader[dot]com".
    • Put "Att Jason, 2793153" in the subject header.
    • Once complete, you can delete these compressed folders.
