    Demo account

    I am new here so forgive me if this question is already answered somewhere (searched but couldn't find it). My demo account expired and when extending it via the link I received in the e-mail (similar place as where one subscribes) my e-mail address kept being rejected (invalid e-mail). I double checked that the address is correct and used other e-mails addresses as well to test but all got rejected. Does anyone know if this is a temporary bug or is there something I can do about it? Thank you in advance for any assistance.

    I assume you're referring to the forex data demo. When I visit the Forex Data Trial Extension page, I receive the following message when using the email address associated with your forum user account

    This email address is not associated with a current forex data trial. Please click here to request a new trial.
    What occurs if you click on the link above and request a new forex demo?

      Thank you for the swift reply! No, it is a futures demo account. I just tried again. The e-mail address I use is mine and correct. The message I receive is 'Please enter a valid e-mail'. URL: https://ninjatrader.com/DataExtensio...m_medium=email

        It's not possible to extend a futures demo. Please contact my colleagues at NinjaTrader Brokerage via email to explore your options to continue to receive futures data:
