Unable to view Market Data on Live Account

Good Morning,

I recently purchased NT8's Lifetime license, funded the new account, and set up the ContinuumCQG data feed. However, when I pull up a chart I don't see any market data at all. Rather, the chart is completely blank (see attached screenshot). Not sure if there is a problem with my settings or what the issue is, but any help would be appreciated.

Hello Jake,

Thank you for your inquiry.

Within the attached file you provided, it appears that you are looking at older expiries for your instrument.

Will you please try the following to rollover the instrument to the most current expiry:

• Navigate to the Control Center > Tools > Database window.
• Left-click the ‘Rollover’ button that appears just below the table under the ‘Rollover futures instruments’ section.
• Close this window when this process completes.
