    cTrader Data Connection Green but no data?

    Hello

    I have set up cTrader Connection following:

    Apparently connection is successful: Green Light
    But charts are empty, and do not update. Tried manually reloading all historical data from context menu, and by creating a new chart.
    Also set cTrader as prefered connection for real time and historical data.
    Data should be available attempting time is around New York EDT 11:00pm Sunday (Asia is trading).

    cTrader desktop is receiving data. I tried connecting with cTrader Desktop both running and not running (doesn't really make sense, but there was not much info provided on exactly what the online permissions granted). I also tried deleted all instrument price history database - who knows

    How 'Beta' is the cTrader connection?

    Hello SmartArts Studio,

    Can you please tell me what instruments you have selected in the charts. I tested cTrader on my end and I load data for instruments such as @ABB, @ACS and @BOEING.

      Forex Instruments.
      Tested:

      EUR/USD
      GBP/USD
      USD/CHF
      AUD/USD
      NZD/USD

      Changing to cTrader connection from FXCM connection which is working fine live, prior to changing connection. (Trying to change because the FXCM historical data is dodgy missing 4-12 hours of data 10 out of 14 days I have tried in Market Replay.)

      Interestingly I get a green light cTrader connection, without cTrader even running? Should the cTrader Connection connect to a local process either Web or Desktop when that is logged in? Or does it just connect straight to cTrader Servers which in my case "Pepperstone" is my data provider?

        Hello,

        Once you have setup/authorized Ctrader for use with NinjaTrader you will not need to have a local process for Ctrader running to be able to connect.

          Hello

          What else would be stopping cTrader connection from working?
          Says connected: Green Light.
          But provides no data: Charts do not update beyond historical data. Newly created chats remain blank?

          I have also tried removing and re-adding cTrader connection configuration, with different permissions selected on the spotware.com authorization side.
