EURUSD not loading correct historical with Kinetick/IB

Hi there

Im trying to load EURUSD on 5 min - or TIck chart.
This worked once - but it gave me this error:
“EURUSD: 20013”


Im trying to use Orderflow/Volume profiles on this also -

I tried placing and closing an order - and that was registered at IB so i have access to trading it on IB - but it wont draw the charts + indicators.

I do have Level II in ninja trader lifetime.

Please follow the steps below to manually attach your log and trace files to your response so I may investigate this matter further.

• Open your NinjaTrader folder under Documents.
• Right-click on the 'log' and 'trace' folders and select Send To> Compressed (zipped) Folder.
• Send the 2 compressed folders as attachments to this email.
• Once complete, you can delete these compressed folders.
