Best way to download just ETH data

I'm using NT8 and trying to download only after cash hours data for the ES.

I know I can download the entire day and clean it, this method is going to take
forever going back and forth between the NT Historical compiler, any of you
data pro's have any suggestions out there of a better methodology?

Currently just compile from the ETH open to ETH close in spreadsheet etc.

Hello aa88qinc,

I suggest to create a custom trading hours template that captures only after cash hours. Subsequently create a new chart and select the custom trading hours template so it only loads data for the hours you like.

You can create custom trading hours templates at Control Center-->Tools-->Trading Hours. More information can be found at the link below.

Thanks I am aware of that method, was hoping there was an easier way to collect the data.
I really don't want to have all that extra data that I'm only looking to use for a project not
really wanting to trade it.

Hello Joe,

You can select the trading hours template in the Data Series menu using the "Trading hours" setting when you create a new chart to download data.

No way to just download the data without creating a chart?
I just want the data, don't need another chart.

At this time, this is the only method to download that specific data within the platform.
If this method does not work for you, we suggest you can check with a 3rd party historical data supplier to see if they have the specific data you need that can be imported into NinjaTrader.
