Can't load data on chart past Oct 19th 2020

For whatever reason, I can't seem to have my chart load data past Oct 19th for ES-12-20 instrument or the MES.
I'm using the Kinetick end of day free connector. I also have a TD account of which I previously linked and worked fine. It also will not load data past Oct 19th.

I've tried rolling data over
I've tried reseting db
I've tried repairing db
I've disabled all indicators on my chart
Nothing obvious on Log tab
I've tried loading the ES 12-20 without a template
I've tried setting Trading house ON ES 12-20 to 24/7 (instead of <instrument settings>
I've clicked update on anything I could under Tools > Database management

Is it some kind of license issue? I was in the process of opening a Dorman account but then I dont think it ever got opened for some reason. I thought I just had to have that so I had real-time data. real-time data is not really necessary for me right now.

Please delete your historical data using the instructions provided at the following page of the NinjaTrader Help Guide:

Removing Historical Data

• Once the data has been deleted close NinjaTrader. Open the Documents\NinjaTrader 8\db\cache folder. Select all files then right mouse click and select “delete.”
• Open NinjaTrader and connect to your data provider. Open a new chart.

Please let me know if this resolves this item.

I've performed the above operations but I still can not load any chart. Now since I've removed the historical data, it seems my data no longer ends on 10/19, but that it wont load anything at all. So it must be stuck attempting to load historical data for some reason? FWIW, when I went to remove "historical data" - I did have some data loaded and the last day I had loaded was on Oct 19th.

So I may accurately assist you, please answer all of the following questions:

• What version of NinjaTrader are you using? Please provide the entire version number. This can be found under Help -> About (Example: 7.0.1000.? or 8.0.?.?)
• Who are you currently connected to? This is displayed in green on lower left corner of the Control Center window.
• (For a chart) what interval is selected? For example, 5 minute, 1 day, 2000 volume, 4 Renko, etc.
• Do you receive an error on screen? Are there errors on the Log tab of the Control Center? If so, what do these errors report?

Version: 8.0.22.2 x64
Currently Connected: Kinetick - end of day free
Interval: Tried 2000 tick, 1 minute, 5 minute, no change
Errors: no errors, just empty chart and nothing happens. Log tab just says "Kinetick - end of day (free): Primary connection=Connected Price data=Connected"

Thank you for your reply.

The Kinetick - End of Day (free) connection will only provide end of day data for charts with a daily interval or greater, so intraday (minute) and tick based charts would not be available when using that connection. You will either need to use a Day chart or connect to a different data source that provide real-time minute and tick data.

I was not aware of that kinetick limitation. I had connected to it before but my chart must have been already loaded from the CQC connection. Also it seems the TD Ameritrade data connection also does not do timeframes < 1d

Thank you for your reply.

TD Ameritrade supplies intraday data but not historical tick data for equities (stocks) instruments, so it would notice provide data for futures charts, such as ES 12-20. I've provided a link to the 'Data by Provider' section of our help guide;
