    Cahrts not showing trade executions on same chart


    Hi

    Im right now using playback connection -with market replay - and use two charts A and B with same instruments (ES) - but A with 2000 ticks and B with 5 minutes.

    When i place an oreder in chart A - 2000 tick - on the playback101 account, i see the placed order, and see the stoploss etc - but after trade is done - there is nothing on that same chart .

    Executions only shows on chart B.

    This happens if i use Chart trader that is on Chart A - or if right click on chart A and place order like that.
    is there something that im missing?

    I have enaled Plot execution = Text and MArker etc. and i believe i have selected same and only account.

    Hello,

    Thanks for your post.

    Right click on Chart A> Data Series> check that the last option "Plot executions" is set to Text and Markers or Markers Only.

    This should make the orders plot on the chart as desired.

        Apologies on that oversight.


        I'd like to take a look at your log and trace files for this issue in that case, and a screenshot of the 2 charts you are seeing this on. These files contain diagnostic information related to what is occurring on your platform that will help us resolve this issue in a timely manner.

        Please follow the steps below to manually attach your log and trace files to an email to platformsupport[AT]ninjatrader[DOT]com with "2820802 ATTN Marco G" in the subject line and a link to this forum post in the message body so I may investigate this matter further.

        Open your NinjaTrader folder under Documents.
        Right click on the 'log' and 'trace' folders and select Send To> Compressed (zipped) Folder.
        Send the 2 compressed folders as attachments to this email.
        Once you have emailed these to us, you may delete these compressed folders.
