    Advance/ Decline Line

    I am having issues adding the Advance Decline Instrument for the NYSE. I have tried adding ^ADD under charts but no data loads.

    Please write into to PlatformSupport[AT]NinjaTrader[DOT]Com along with your log and trace files and a link to this forum post.

    Include ticket number 2822349 in the body of the email.

    Please follow the steps below to manually attach your log and trace files to your response so I may investigate this matter further.
    Open your NinjaTrader folder under Documents.
    Right click on the 'log' and 'trace' folders and select Send To> Compressed (zipped) Folder.
    Send the 2 compressed folders as attachments to this email.
    Once complete, you can delete these compressed folders.

      Hello,

      I sent the requested information to the address specified on November 5th and am yet to receive a response. What is a typical wait time for an email response to those that are having issues with your platform?

        Thank you for your reply.

        We would expect a response within 15 minutes during our support hours (8::30 AM - 6:00 PM EST) and not more than a business day for emails sent outside these times. Can you please resend?

          I am having the same problem. No data loads when using the ^ADD symbol for the advance/decline instrument. I'm using Ninjatrader 8 with the Ninjatrader Continuum data connection (demo account). I've also tried Kinetick EOD, with the same result - no data is displayed.

              Thanks, Eric. I've sent the folders as requested. In addition to the problem with ^ADD not displaying at all. ^TICK displayed yesterday's data fine, but is not displaying the data for today.

              Update - I restarted the platform, and ^TICK is now displaying properly. Still not ^ADD, however.

              Update 2 - now the ^TICK has stopped displaying data. It worked until about an hour ago, and then stopped.

                I'm still having problems getting the ^ADD to display. I was previously using the demo data connection and was told that that was the problem, but now I'm using the full version with data from Interactive Brokers. Yesterday the ^ADD was displayed properly, but today it is not.
