Connecting to Ctrader

connecting to Ctrader
I cannot connect to Ctrader ??
I have created a netting account in my Ctrader but cannot connect keeping getting an error
no support account were found login failed ?

Hello oz187,

I would like to take a look at your log & trace files, as these files would contain more detailed information and should give us an idea of why you are not able to connect to your CTrader account.

As these files contain personal information (such as your account name) it would be best if you could email them to our support team.
