TWS connection lost

    TWS connection lost

    Hello,

    I am working with latest NT an my TWS version is TWS 978.2c.
    I followed the guide from https://ninjatrader.com/ConnectionGu...nnection-Guide.

    1. I have a lot of connection lost with TWS , and reconnection to TWS.
    my kinetic connection is OK. my connection to other sites is also OK.

    2. Although I configured my prefer data provider for real time and historical to Kinetic which is my provider
    I got messages in log that I have problem with IB data feed .( I'm not a subscriber to live data from IB) since my provider is Kinetic

    Hello Kobi,

    Please follow the steps below to manually attach your log and trace files in an email so I may investigate this matter further.
    • Open Windows File Explorer (hotkey = Windows key + E) Then navigate to, "Documents" (sometimes called, "My Documents") > 'NinjaTrader 8' folder
    • Right click on the 'log' and 'trace' folders and select Send To> Compressed (zipped) Folder.
    • Send the 2 compressed folders as attachments in an email to "platformsupport[at]ninjatrader[dot]com".
    • Please put 'Att Jason, 2827398' in the subject header.
    • Once complete, you can delete these compressed folders.

      Sorry for late response , I wasn’t available.

      I have a lot of connection lost with TWS .
      Sometimes NT is reconnection again to TWS and sometimes not.
      Most of the time the disconnection from the IB data feed server but some time also from the IB order server.

      The disconnections can happen before and in the middle of trade time hours
