How do I make only certain ratios 'stick' in the retracements? I only want to have the same ratios appear in subsequent retracements that I draw in other charts and sessions.

Once you configured the Fibonacci Retracement as you like in the Drawing Objects window, please click template-->save in the lower right corner. Click the 'Save as Default' button in the new window that appears. Subsequent Fibonacci Retracements you draw will use the same settings.
