Bitmex futures wont't load, but perpetual does.

Hi!

I'm trying to use the Bitmex data but only the perpetual XBTUSD and ETHUSD chart is loading.

All the futures, for example ETHZ, won't show data in the graph, even if they are loaded correctly in a list. The instruments are shown correctly in the instruments dialog so I can't understand what is happening. The only thing I see it is different is that the perpetual instruments are classified as stocks while the futures that won't show are classified as futures. I tried restarting NT and also reconnecting and creating another workspace, and clicking the "do not merge" option as advised in the troubleshooting, but didn't work. On the other hand coinbase data doesn't have ETHBTC data for example. That's the reason of insisting with these Bitmex data.

Sent an email to Bitmex but said their data is active and maybe it is a NinjaTrader issue. Program screenshots are attached.

To send me your log and trace files from within NinjaTrader. Go to Control Center-->Help-->Email Support in NinjaTrader. Put '2833790 - Att Shawn', in the subject field and enable 'Log and trace files'. Also, give a reference of this thread in the body of the email.

I'm not sure but I think it is the lack of volume for some futures. Also bitmex sends data very slowly. Switched to coinbase data.
